Description: So by chance I had just finished reading an article online about in the States they are moving towards marijuana legalization in many states and then I ran into this old public domain political cartoon with Uncle Sam incidentally smoking a cigar While I synthesized it I tweaked it a bit to make it look more like a rolled joint and then added vote to his card I often avoid English in my clipart to make them more universal but I thought that worked well in this case Its like uncle sam is voting for legalization Topical I dont know
